FREEDOM FROM PUNISHMENT:
Freedom comes when you are forgiven and cleansed from all of your flaws (sin). God will make your sins "as white as snow."9 To be completely forgiven, loved, and accepted erases God's punishment for sin (which is death).10 He has taken our punishment for us." Those who belong to Christ Jesus are no longer under God's sentence."11 The cleansing we receive is shown by the color white.
FREEDOM TO LIVE:
Freedom to live a life filled with purpose and true joy can be yours even in the midst of a troubled world. We can now begin to experience freedom from things that formerly enslaved us (fear, lust, addiction, ambition, and pride) and enjoy freedom to live a life pleasing to God. Jesus told us that He not only came to give us life, but to give it more abundantly.12
